Customer Service Payment Capture
For an order that declined. The card is saved to the customer and charged against every order you list.
Ask a Capture Request administrator to add you to the permissions list, naming which of the apps you need. Nothing you do on this page can be submitted until they do.
It can read four things out of NetSuite — orders, shipments, backorders and stock. Try:

A plane tows each one across the top of everybody's screen, behind the apps — best seen from the home screen. Every banner flies about once every ten minutes, so the more there are, the more often a plane goes by.
ShipHawk labels with no NetSuite fulfillment behind them — demo gear moved between reps, returns to vendors, things sent person to person. Whoever made the label says why, and the category's approver signs it off.

Select an email to read
Opening one locks it to you, so nobody else works it at the same time. It is only marked read in Outlook once it has been answered.
Emails can be assigned to a group, a person, or both. Open a group to choose its people.
Tried top to bottom on each new email; the first one that fits assigns it. Leave a condition empty to ignore it — a rule with none catches everything.

What the office TV shows at /tv-wall/ — open on the TV, no sign-in. Changes reach it within a minute.
One at a time, in this order, then round again. Paused facts are kept but not shown.
The next three by date are on the wall. An event drops off the day after it happens.
A plane tows one across the top of the wall, in turn. These are the TV's own — separate from IT → Announcements.
A Pisces semi drives along the bottom with the Employee of the Month on its trailer. Read every day at 6 AM from HR's email — or set it here.
Who is on the site right now, everything each person has done on it, and anything that went wrong. Nothing anybody types into a form is recorded.
Active means they did something in the last five minutes; idle means the page is open and untouched. Click a person for everything they did.

The last seven days, read with your own account. An order somebody else has open is held: their name is shown and it will not open for you, because two people correcting one fax is the mistake this exists to prevent. A hold lapses fifteen minutes after they last touched it, so a closed laptop never strands an order.
Save draft keeps your corrections on the queue row for the next person. Place order enters the whole order into the store and confirms it — check the fields first, because this one creates the order and charges the card on it.
Changes take effect on the next request — the bot re-reads this list every time, and refuses anything it cannot read. Ticking nothing leaves that person able to submit nothing.
